About Ondrej Králik

I am an amateur astrophotographer from Slovakia.
Stargazing is my hobby since 2014.
I have been interested in astronomy and I have started visiting local star parties. First, it was enough for me to go outside the city, but soon I discovered unwanted light pollution. I was forced to travel further away from the city and when I saw a trully dark sky, it became my passion . I have started traveling around the world to capture the beauty of the night sky.
Over the past few years I was featured in NASA's APOD, Earth science picture of the day, The world at night (TWAN) and I participated in couple of Slovak and Czech exhibitions.

Even I'm super-tired after every sleepless night I feel satisfied and recharged. That's why I love astrophotography!
